1. Area Coverage — Our area coverage is at Malaya Park behind the Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. High School. Our positioning is the perfect spot to look for meryenda since many teenagers play at the court, barangay staffs who is looking for dessert and police officers who is looking for the refreshing snack. Since our target market is anyone who comes by our store, Malaya Park is the best spot to hang around and chill while eating our products. Our area coverage is convenient when we're run out of ingredients since many sari-sari store and convenient store is around spot.
2. Consumer/Costumer — The Pensieve Cup's dessert is open for everyone. Since most of us are allowed to go outside, ages 5 years old and above will be the target of this business. We also include barangay officials, basketball players, and anyone else who may visit our area. There is no gender that our business targets as long as they want to buy and taste our halo-halo, mais, and saba con yelo. They can buy our products at very affordable prices which they will be satisfied with its flavorful taste. We are also targeting the students, teachers, and other school personnel at Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. High School. Our place is just behind the mentioned school, so they are free to come anytime they want. They won’t have a hard time finding a delicious dessert that’s perfect for summer.
