Every member is responsible for creating a business strategy, and half of the members are responsible for purchasing whatever we require from the market. So that there are no bitter feelings among the participants, the progress and the business itself are equally distributed among everyone.

Organizational Structure

CEOs are in charge of keeping an eye on the firm, dealing with suppliers, resolving financial issues, and other responsibilities.

The general manager is in charge of enhancing overall company functions, personnel training, budget management, and strategic planning.

Also, for cashier staff, receiving payments, providing receipts, and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions are all tasks of the cashier.

The cook in charge prepares and cooks food products to guarantee that clients have the best possible service and experience. They assist in keeping the kitchen organized and working well. They guarantee proper food handling, cleanliness, and storage practices are followed.

In order to avoid disagreement in the business, each partner or owner is accountable for managing and mentoring the team, as well as controlling and overseeing all areas of day- to-day operations.
Delivery and Online Service
They are the ones that take online orders since one of the ways we communicate with our customers and advertise our products is through Facebook pages such as The Pensieve Cup will upload photos and videos on its Facebook Page account to keep customers updated and to attract more people or gain more customers, as most people are actively on social media, especially Facebook.
This administrative division includes men, and they are the ones that deliver the goods when customers order meriendas online.
Preparing
Preparing and doing halo-halo, as well as managing food preparation, are one of the obligations. Preparing the ingredients, and after the immersion, storing and disposing of the food.
Sales Representative
Sales representatives are responsible for a variety of tasks, including keeping an eye on the products on view outside, receiving customer orders, and preparing them. They're also the ones that double-checked orders before they were delivered and noted them on a sticky note for the daily sales report.
Maintenance
General cleaning, maintaining the cleanliness of the workplace, and washing old equipment are all responsibilities of maintenance. With the help of the assistant cook, they are also responsible for dealing with the leftovers.
