In which partners, Derek Dean Mengote, Shantel Althea Cua, Julliana Karyll Ostulano, Jhonrey Labonite, Gernica Calma, Christian Licardo, Jamaica Cabit, Jake Lawrence Tacaisan, Micaela Sy, Marylois Dela Vega, and Michael Josh Albino contribute, provide money, skills, and other kinds of resources and intends to share profit and divide loses among partners upon the accordance with the terms of the partnership agreement.

Name of the Business

The business was named "The Penseive Cup" because in Harry Potter world, the word 'penseive' means 'a very rare and magical item'. Knowing this information, we believe that through our products, we can give happiness and enjoyment to each person through a cup of dessert that will uplift everyone's aura and souls.

1. Classical Pinoy Halo-halo

Halo-halo, officially spelled haluhalo, is a Tagalog term for 'mixed', it is as popular summer treat and dessert in the Philippines made of crushed ice, evaporated milk, or coconut milk, a variety of ingredients such as ube halaya or ube jam, sweetened kidney beans or garbanzos, coconut strips or macapuno, sago or tapiocas, gulaman or agar, pinipig, boiled sweet potatoes or yams, leche flan, and a scoop pf ube or mango ice cream on top of the dessert. It is typically served in a tall clear glass with a long spoon. Halo-halo is considered the Philippines' unofficial dessert. Because the dessert is meant to be mixed before consumption. This spelling has come to describe any object or situation composed of a similar (sweetened), colorful combination of ingredients.
